You get a full five year warranty on paint and a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials upon installation of your new Show-Case plantation shutters. In addition, there is a lifetime warranty against bleeding and warpage of the shutter. Unacceptable warpage is considered more than 3/8″ rise when the panel is on a flat surface.
What’s NOT covered by the warranty:
Damage due to abuse, weather, water or malicious or intentional damage.
Warpage warranty does not cover panels over 28″ in width and over 84″ in height.
Warranty is not transferable.
