The reason we use Basswood and Poplar is due to their light weight, strength, woodworking characteristics and ability to accept various stains and finishes.

- Our ends are sealed. Unlike other shutter manufacturers, we don’t just paint the ends of our product… we seal them. After years of experience, we have developed a special sealant that is superior at preventing water from warping your shutters.
